Diamondpak manufacture from a range of Industry standard design codes (known as FEFCO codes) or we can produce to a bespoke design produced to your specific requirements.

Shelf Ready Packaging

Shelf ready or retail ready packaging describes packaging that can be placed directly on the shelf or shoopfloor without the need for unpacking. Shelf ready is designed for minimal handling rapid replenishment and effective display. Our shelf ready range includes printing in up to 4 colours, die cut perforations and crash lock self erect cases which can be made up in seconds.

Regular Cases

We can manufacture a range of regular slotted and glued cases from 50 cases to 100,000+. We can produce conventional cases as well as heavy cases in toughwall grades.

Crash Lock/Self Erect Cases

We are one the leading producers of a range of innovative quick erect cases including crash locks and a number of unique designs we have innovated at Diamondpak. These packs are designed for maximum protection, together with speed of packing.

Die Cuts

We can produce virtually any plain or printed die cut in up to 4 colours.

Division Packs and Wine Carriers

We can produce these in unassembled and assembled form to your design. These packs can be filled under the same roof by DiamondFill.

Foam/Cushioned Boxes

We can produce a variety of foam, etherfoam packs for secure protection of high value electronic components. Our fulfillment business can also organise the packing and distribution of these components if you require this service.

Printed Cases

We can produce flexo printed cases in up to 4 colours as well as digital, litho and silk screen printed cases to your requirements. You can see from some of the examples on this page.
