Our additional five printers, each capable of up to four colours, cater to a wide spectrum of sizes. Plus, our substantial investment in a large case-maker means we can tackle even the most sizable boxes up to 4 metres. This extensive capacity ensures that we can reliably fulfil orders of all sizes, cementing our reputation as a trusted full-line supplier.

Beyond our advanced printing prowess lies our expert design team, ready to collaborate with you to maximise your packaging's impact in the marketplace. We offer precise colour matching to any Pantone reference and provide samples of our ink applied to your chosen substrate to ensure consistent corporate colours.

Lithographic

For the most intricate prints, we also offer in-house lithographic lamination. DiamondPak’s litho service boasts full photographic print quality, surpassing the limitations of traditional block flexographic printing. With options for spot colours and additional finishing touches such as varnish or film lamination, we deliver a luxurious look that leaves a lasting impression.

Using bespoke cutting tools, we precisely cut and press your packaging with millimetre accuracy, ensuring every detail meets your exact specifications.

Operating a variety of flatbed die-cutting machines with full stripping capabilities across a wide range of sizes, DiamondPak can therefore die-cut virtually any design.

Furthermore, our extensive lineup of rotary die cutters includes a large machine capable of printing and cutting boxes up to 3650 x 2200 mm in a single pass. This versatility enables our team to manufacture packaging of any size, from compact e-commerce solutions to heavy-duty pallet boxes.

We specialise in producing the entire range of FEFCO conventional packaging, including standards like 0201, 0203, and 0409, as well as many more. Our streamlined process eliminates the need for cutting tools, resulting in cost-effective solutions and shorter lead times - ensuring your packaging needs are met efficiently and economically.

Our state-of-the-art machinery further allows for seamless integration of printing capabilities, enabling us to print conventional cases in up to four colours in the same pass as slotting, scoring, and gluing. This not only enhances the visual appeal of your packaging but also streamlines production, ensuring a swift and efficient turnaround of your orders, at a low price.

Since our establishment in 2008, DiamondPak has been at the forefront of innovation, pioneering 'peel and seal' book wraps to meet the demands of the growing online shopping industry.

Continuing our commitment to advancement, we've made significant investments in specialty gluing technology. Our three state-of-the-art pressure-sensitive multi-point gluers equipped with hot melt glue capability and tape ensure quick and efficient production of virtually any glued box across various sizes.

For larger cases, such as industrial and heavy-duty packaging, we offer two-piece gluing or stitching to guarantee the safe and secure transit of your contents.

With our industry-leading taping operation, we offer peel-and-seal, red RippaTape, and return tape options to effortlessly secure your products. Equipped with 16 tape applicators capable of applying tape in both directions, we streamline the process in a single pass, maximising efficiency and minimising costs.

Our tape solutions provide the ultimate unboxing experience for e-commerce and offer a number of benefits for distribution. Keep your despatch costs low, with self seal cartons that can be filled and sealed securely in seconds; these will also provide a tamper evident seal, for extra peace of mind.
