Corporate Social Responsibility
Our commitment to responsible business
At Diamondpak, corporate social responsibility is embedded within the way we operate.
As a manufacturer and supplier of corrugated packaging, we recognise our responsibility to our customers, employees, suppliers, local communities and the wider environment. We are committed to conducting business ethically, sourcing materials responsibly and continually improving the quality, safety and environmental performance of our operations.
Our independently assessed certifications and company policies provide a framework for maintaining these standards across our business and supply chain.
Our certifications
Diamondpak operates independently assessed management systems covering quality, environmental responsibility and occupational health and safety.
ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management
Our ISO 9001 certification demonstrates our commitment to maintaining an effective quality management system and consistently delivering products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
The certification covers the manufacture of corrugated packaging and other packaging sundries, together with subcontract assembly, contract packaging and warehousing.
ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management
ISO 14001 provides the framework through which we manage our environmental responsibilities.
It supports our commitment to reducing waste, using resources efficiently, monitoring our environmental performance and continually improving the way our operations affect the environment.
ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety
Our ISO 45001 certification demonstrates that we have established a structured occupational health and safety management system.
This helps us identify and manage workplace risks, support employee wellbeing and continually improve health and safety throughout our operations.
FSC® Chain of Custody Certification
Diamondpak has held FSC® Chain of Custody certification since 2014.
Our certification covers the purchase of FSC Mix and FSC Recycled paper and paperboard for conversion into, and sale as, FSC Mix and FSC Recycled packaging products.
FSC Chain of Custody certification provides traceability through the supply chain and helps customers choose packaging made using responsibly sourced materials.
Products are only FSC certified where the appropriate FSC claim is shown on the relevant sales and delivery documentation.
Environment and responsible sourcing
We are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our operations and supporting more responsible packaging choices.
Our approach includes using recycled and responsibly sourced materials, water-based inks, solvent-free glue and an on-site recycling loop. We also work to minimise material usage through efficient packaging design while maintaining the protection and performance our customers require.
Our environmental and responsible sourcing controls are supported by our ISO 14001 management system, FSC Chain of Custody certification and supply-chain policies.
EU Deforestation Regulation
Diamondpak is committed to meeting the applicable requirements of the European Union Deforestation Regulation.
Where the regulation applies, we work with suppliers and customers to maintain appropriate supply-chain information, traceability and due-diligence records. We will not knowingly purchase, use or supply relevant products that fail to meet applicable EUDR requirements.
Ethical business practices
We are committed to conducting our business with integrity, fairness, transparency and accountability.
Our Ethical Business Practices Policy establishes the standards expected of our employees, contractors, directors and business partners. It covers areas including legal compliance, anti-bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, fair competition, environmental responsibility and customer relations.
Employees are encouraged to report concerns about unethical conduct through the appropriate company procedures, without fear of retaliation.

Responsible supply chains
We expect the organisations within our supply chain to share our commitment to ethical, environmental and socially responsible business practices.
Our Supply Chain Responsibility Policy sets out the standards expected of suppliers, contractors and business partners. These include:
- Fair and lawful employment practices
- The prevention of child labour, forced labour and human trafficking
- Respect for human rights
- Safe and healthy working conditions
- Environmental compliance and pollution reduction
- Anti-bribery and anti-corruption controls
- Transparency and accountability
We may use supplier assessments, supporting documentation, audits and other due-diligence measures to help evaluate compliance with these requirements.
Human rights and modern slavery
Diamondpak recognises its responsibility to respect internationally recognised human rights and to treat people fairly, equally and with dignity.
We do not tolerate or condone human rights abuses within our business or supply chain. Our Human Rights Policy reflects principles established by the United Nations, the International Bill of Human Rights and the International Labour Organization’s Core Conventions.
Modern slavery, human trafficking and child labour
We have zero tolerance for slavery, human trafficking, forced labour and child exploitation.
We expect our contractors, suppliers and other business partners to uphold comparable standards and comply with the laws applying in the countries in which they operate. Where a serious violation becomes known and is not remedied, we reserve the right to discontinue the business relationship.
