End-to-End Process

Across a huge range of standardised and bespoke products, DiamondPak creates your packaging how your company requires it. See how a multi-process product moves through our facilities:

1. Design, Innovation, Development:

Our in-house design department works with CAD software and is supported by innovation, development, and prototyping capabilities to meet your brief in full.
2. Full Production:
The approved design then moves to production, where the most effective and efficient processes are determined. Depending on specification requirements, production typically involves:
- Printing: Flexographic and lithographic printing, with the ability to print on both sides in a single pass if required.
- Taping: Industry-leading taping operations, including peel-and-seal and RippaTape options.
- Die-cutting: Cutting and pressing to exacting tolerances undertaken on cutting-edge machinery.
Followed by the binding of packaging as the final process:
- Binding: A wide range of gluing and stitching solutions. DiamondPak has some of the most advanced gluing operations at your disposal.
3. Delivery:

Reliable delivery solutions are provided through our logistics fleet and chosen carrier partners to safely ship your packaging to its chosen destination.
